We deliver premium, high-performance athletic gear worldwide. Our goal is to process and ship your orders as quickly and securely as possible.
1. Processing Times
All orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Methods & Costs
- Option 1
Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days. Free for orders above ₹2,000, otherwise ₹99.
- Option 2
Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days. Flat rate of ₹199.
- Option 3
International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor its journey in real-time.
4. Damage & Loss Protection
If your package is damaged during transit, or if the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact support within 48 hours for a swift replacement or refund.
