At DISPORT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our high-performance sportswear and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you return or exchange it.
1. Return Window
You can return your unused items in their original packaging with tags intact within 30 days of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Process
- Step 1
Initiate a return request via your account or contact support at support@disport.com.
- Step 2
Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.
- Step 3
Ship the package back using our prepaid return shipping label or your preferred courier.
3. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Step 1
Customized or personalized jerseys and gear.
- Step 2
Undergarments, compression wear, and socks for hygiene reasons.
- Step 3
Items marked as Final Sale or clearance.
